This is a mutual rescission of contract form for parties (two or more) who have executed a contrac they wish to mutually rescind. Often the parties have circumstances where they can no longer perform, or no longer wish to perform, under the contract and wish to have official documentation confirming the contract is void. It is a simple, one-page agreement in Word format, with a place for one exhibit, which must be a copy of the rescinded contract.
